The documentation on the blitzed.org website seems not to mention RT at
all. As a consequence, there was an issue that I wanted to raise but
even though I knew RT existed I couldn't find out how to get to it.
Eventually I just guessed at rt.blitzed.org to find this.

I tried the search functionality on blizted.org searching for terms like
"RT" and "ticket" but nothing useful was returned.

Surely, the blitzed docs should contain info about RT?

Right, so basically are you saying that I should have used that link
instead of raising a ticket myself? I don't have a problem with that
and if so then I apologise for raising the tickets, I just thought
that it would be easier to track issues by raising tickets myself
rather than just sending an email.

webmaster-***@public.gmane.org now sends email to RT which raises a ticket
and this is probably the best solution so that suggestions don't get
lost.

It would probably be good to have a contact page somewhere as I said
which lists the means of sending suggestions for each area of
Blitzed. May as well go on the wiki.
