Hello web people,

Please could someone have a look at the channeluserlist script and
tidy it up? This is so that Midnightz and others can have a look at
how it work (without seeing any passowrds etc.) and possibly improve
upon it.

It should really go in CVS once this has been done, but if you
followup to this ticket when it's been done then I will sort out
that part.
